1. About WantedStuff.com

WantedStuff.com is an online marketplace dedicated to Wanted Ads, including Want To Buy, Wanted and ISO advertisements.

WantedStuff.com does not operate as a traditional marketplace for general For Sale advertisements.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you have notified us of suspected unauthorized access.

We may require email confirmation or other reasonable verification before allowing access to certain features.

3. Wanted Ads

Advertisements must comply with the WantedStuff.com Posting Guidelines and must accurately describe what the user is seeking.

Users must not post advertisements offering items for sale where the purpose of the advertisement is to sell rather than to seek an item or permitted service.

WantedStuff.com may edit, deactivate, reject, expire or remove advertisements that breach these Terms, the Posting Guidelines or applicable law.

4. Contact Information

Users must not include phone numbers, email addresses, website links, social media details, messaging usernames or other direct contact information in advertisement titles, descriptions, usernames, location fields, budget fields or images.

Users should communicate through the WantedStuff.com internal messaging system.

5. Images

Users may upload images that are relevant to their Wanted Ads.

Uploaded images may be subject to automatic or manual moderation. Images requiring review may remain hidden from public view until approved.

WantedStuff.com may reject or remove images that breach site rules, contain prohibited contact information or are otherwise considered inappropriate for the service.

6. Free Wanted Ads

Standard Wanted Ads may be posted free of charge, subject to the site's posting limits and rules.

Each user may publish a maximum of 7 new free Wanted Ads within any rolling 7-day period.

Renewals do not count as new free advertisements for this limit.

Deleting a previously published free advertisement does not restore a free posting slot during the same rolling 7-day period.

7. Duplicate Advertisements

A user may not create another Wanted Ad with the same title in the same category where that user already has an existing advertisement using that title in that category.

Duplicate checking may ignore differences such as WTB, Wanted or ISO prefixes, capitalization, punctuation and extra spaces.

Different users may use the same advertisement title.

8. Advertisement Duration and Renewal

Standard Wanted Ads are normally active for 30 days unless removed or deactivated earlier.

Eligible advertisements may be renewed. A renewal starts a fresh 30-day active period and may return the advertisement to the top of normal listings based on its new renewal time.

9. Go Top

Go Top is an optional paid promotional feature currently priced at $0.99 USD.

Go Top gives an advertisement a one-time bump toward the top of normal listings. The length of time an advertisement remains near the top will vary depending on activity from other users.

Purchasing Go Top also helps support the operation of WantedStuff.com.

Go Top does not reset the advertisement's normal expiry date.

10. Featured Ads

Users may optionally purchase Featured advertising for additional visibility.

The selected Featured period begins when the promotion is successfully activated.

Activating Featured on an existing advertisement starts a fresh 30-day normal advertisement period from the time Featured is activated.

Featured advertising does not guarantee responses, views, purchases, successful results or a particular position on the website.

11. Paid Promotions and Free-Ad Limits

A new Wanted Ad using a paid Go Top and/or Featured promotion may be published even where the user has reached the normal 7-new-free-ads rolling limit.

Purchasing Go Top or Featured for an existing advertisement does not count toward the free-ad limit.

Paid promotions do not override duplicate-ad, prohibited-content or other site rules.

12. Payments

Paid promotional features are currently processed through PayPal.

Payment must be successfully completed before a paid promotional feature is activated.

The payment recipient or transaction description may display ACCO Online Services or another authorized business or payment descriptor associated with WantedStuff.com.

13. Transactions Between Users

WantedStuff.com provides a platform that allows users to find and communicate with other users.

WantedStuff.com is not normally a party to any purchase, sale, exchange, delivery, payment or other arrangement made directly between users.

Users are responsible for assessing other users, verifying items and information, agreeing on payment and delivery arrangements, and taking reasonable steps to protect themselves from fraud or loss.

14. Prohibited Use

You must not use WantedStuff.com for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, deceptive or malicious purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, misuse another user's account, send spam or deliberately attempt to bypass site controls.

15. Moderation and Account Action

WantedStuff.com may investigate reported advertisements, images, messages or account activity.

We may edit, deactivate, expire, reject or remove content, or restrict or suspend accounts, where reasonably necessary to enforce site rules, protect users, address abuse or comply with legal obligations.

16. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep WantedStuff.com available and operating correctly, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Features may be changed, added, removed, suspended or updated as the service develops.

17. No Guarantee of Results

WantedStuff.com does not guarantee that an advertisement will receive views, messages, responses or result in a successful transaction.

We do not guarantee the identity, reliability, suitability or conduct of another user or the accuracy of information provided by another user.

18. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own decisions, communications and transactions arising from use of WantedStuff.com.

Users should exercise appropriate caution before sending money, shipping goods, meeting another person or providing personal information.

19. Intellectual Property

Users must only upload or publish content they are legally entitled to use.

By submitting content to WantedStuff.com, you grant us the permission reasonably necessary to store, process and display that content as part of operating the service.

20. Changes to These Terms

WantedStuff.com may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the website, features, pricing, policies or legal requirements.

The updated date displayed at the top of this page will indicate when these Terms were most recently revised.

21. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions operate subject to applicable laws and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
