About Us
Let others know what you're looking for.
WantedStuff.com is a dedicated Wanted Ads marketplace for people in the United States and Canada.
Unlike traditional classified websites that are mainly designed around selling, WantedStuff.com is focused on the other side of the search: people who are actively looking for something.
A Marketplace for Wanted Ads
WantedStuff.com is built specifically for Wanted, Want To Buy and ISO advertisements.
Whether you are searching for a hard-to-find collectable, a vehicle, a replacement part, an item from years ago, specialist equipment, a service or something else, you can let other people know what you are trying to find.
No General For Sale Ads
WantedStuff.com is not intended to become another general For Sale classifieds website.
Our focus is simple: Wanted Ads only.
This makes it easier for sellers, collectors, businesses and other users to see what people are actively looking for.
Free Standard Wanted Ads
Standard Wanted Ads can be published free of charge, subject to the site's posting limits and rules.
Optional paid promotional features such as Go Top and Featured Ads are available for users who want additional visibility.
Built Around Finding
WantedStuff.com is designed around helping users find what they need rather than presenting endless pages of unrelated items for sale.
Categories, locations and search tools are intended to help connect people who are looking for something with people who may know where to find it or may already have it.
Communication Through WantedStuff.com
WantedStuff.com provides an internal messaging system so users can make initial contact without placing phone numbers, email addresses or other direct contact details in public advertisements.
This helps keep public advertisements cleaner and gives users more control over how they communicate.
Safety and Moderation
Wanted Ads and uploaded images are subject to site rules and moderation.
We continue to develop tools and safeguards intended to reduce spam, duplicate advertisements, prohibited contact information and other misuse of the service.
Supporting WantedStuff.com
WantedStuff.com offers optional paid promotional features rather than charging users to publish every standard Wanted Ad.
Purchases such as Go Top also help support the ongoing operation and development of WantedStuff.com.
United States and Canada
WantedStuff.com currently serves users looking for items and services across the United States and Canada.
Users can specify their country, State or Province and additional local-area or postal information when creating a Wanted Ad.
Our Aim
Our aim is to build a useful, straightforward place where people can say what they are looking for and give others an opportunity to help them find it.
WantedStuff.com will continue to grow and improve as new categories, features and services are developed.
