WantedStuff.com allows users to post standard Wanted Ads free of charge. Users may optionally purchase promotional features to increase the visibility of their advertisements.
1. Free Wanted Ads
There is no charge to publish a standard Wanted Ad on WantedStuff.com.
Standard advertisements are normally active for 30 days, subject to the Terms & Conditions and Posting Guidelines.
Each user may publish a maximum of 7 new free Wanted Ads in any rolling 7-day period.
Renewals do not count toward this free-ad limit.
2. Go Top
Go Top is an optional promotional feature currently priced at:
Go Top gives your advertisement a one-time bump toward the top of normal listings.
The amount of time an advertisement remains near the top will vary depending on new advertisements, renewals and other activity on WantedStuff.com.
Purchasing Go Top also helps support the operation of WantedStuff.com.
Go Top does not reset the advertisement's normal expiry date.
3. Featured Ads
Users may optionally make a Wanted Ad a Featured Ad for additional visibility.
Current Featured pricing is:
The selected Featured period begins when the promotion is successfully activated.
Activating Featured on an existing advertisement starts a fresh 30-day normal advertisement period from the time Featured is activated.
A Featured Ad will not remain Featured after the advertisement itself has expired or otherwise becomes inactive.
4. Go Top and Featured Together
Go Top and Featured may be selected together where that option is available.
In that situation, the applicable prices for both selected promotional features are added together and shown before payment.
5. New Ads After the Free-Ad Limit
If a user has already reached the maximum of 7 new free Wanted Ads within the current rolling 7-day period, a new advertisement may still be published immediately by selecting a paid Go Top and/or Featured promotion.
Paid promotions do not override other site rules, including duplicate-ad restrictions, prohibited content rules or moderation requirements.
6. Promotions on Existing Ads
Users may purchase Go Top or Featured for an eligible existing Wanted Ad.
Purchases of promotional features for existing advertisements do not count toward the 7-new-free-ads rolling limit.
7. Payment Method
WantedStuff.com currently accepts PayPal for paid promotional features.
When payment is required, you will be directed through the PayPal payment process.
WantedStuff.com does not ask you to provide your PayPal password directly to WantedStuff.com.
8. Payment Recipient
The payment recipient, PayPal transaction description or related payment information may display ACCO Online Services.
This may appear in connection with payments made for WantedStuff.com promotional features.
9. Activation After Payment
A paid promotional feature is activated only after the payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.
Where a new advertisement requires payment before publication, the advertisement remains a draft until successful payment is confirmed.
If payment is cancelled or is not successfully completed, the paid promotion will not be activated.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Purchasing Go Top or Featured does not guarantee:
- A response to your advertisement
- A particular number of views
- A successful purchase or transaction
- A particular position for a guaranteed period
- That the item or service you are seeking will be found
Promotional features provide additional visibility only.
11. Prices
Current prices are displayed on WantedStuff.com before payment is submitted.
Promotional prices and available features may be changed from time to time. Any applicable price will be shown before the user completes the payment process.
12. Site Rules Still Apply
Payment for a promotional feature does not exempt an advertisement or account from the WantedStuff.com Terms & Conditions, Posting Guidelines, moderation rules or other site requirements.
An advertisement may still be rejected, deactivated or removed where required by the site rules.
13. Questions About Payments
If you believe there has been a problem with a WantedStuff.com promotional payment, contact WantedStuff.com through the available contact options and provide sufficient transaction information for the matter to be reviewed.
