Description: I am looking to rent an unfurnished bedroom with shared common areas, in a clean and well-cared for home in Cambridge. Rent to include: utilities, internet, laundry facilities and a parking spot. I would prefer a private bathroom and would be willing to increase the monthly rent. Preference is October 12, 2026 occupancy. I am a young active retiree who is clean, honest and easy-going. I am respectful to other people's property and care for it, as if it were my own.
