WantedStuff.com allows users to post standard **Wanted Ads completely free of charge**.
Users may optionally purchase paid promotional features to give their Wanted Ads additional visibility.
1. Free Wanted Ads
There is no charge to post a standard Wanted Ad on WantedStuff.com.
Standard Wanted Ads are normally displayed for 30 days, subject to our Terms & Conditions and Posting Guidelines.
2. Featured Ads
Users may optionally make their Wanted Ad a Featured Ad.
Featured Ads receive additional visibility on the website for the selected promotional period.
Current pricing:

| Featured Ad | 28 Days | $15.00 USD |
The selected Featured Ad period begins when the promotional feature is activated.
Purchasing a Featured Ad does not guarantee:
* a response to your Wanted Ad;
* a successful transaction;
* that someone will have the item or service you are looking for;
* a particular number of views;
* a particular position in search results; or
* that your Wanted Ad will remain at the top of listings.
3. Go Top $0.99
Users may also choose to use the Go Top feature.
Current price: $0.99 USD per use.
Go Top gives your Wanted Ad a temporary boost toward the top of the relevant listing results.
Go Top is intended as a simple way to give your Wanted Ad additional visibility while also helping support the ongoing operation and development of WantedStuff.com.
Go Top is a boost, not a guaranteed position.
Because WantedStuff listings are dynamic, your Wanted Ad may remain near the top for only a short period, or considerably longer.
The position of your Wanted Ad can change at any time due to:
* other users using Go Top;
* new Wanted Ads being posted;
* normal website activity;
* changes to listing order; or
* other promotional activity.
There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum amount of time that a Wanted Ad will remain at the top or near the top of the listings.
Purchasing Go Top does not reserve a position or provide exclusive placement.
The $0.99 payment is for the Go Top promotional feature, not for a guaranteed period of time at the top of the listings.
Think of Go Top as a little boost not a guaranteed spot.
4. Payment Processing
Payments for paid WantedStuff.com features are processed through the payment service provided at checkout, currently PayPal.
WantedStuff.com does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card details when those details are processed directly by the payment provider.
Payment providers may collect and process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Before You Pay
Please check the following before completing a purchase:
* The Wanted Ad you are promoting
* The promotional feature selected
* The duration selected, where applicable
* The price displayed
* The currency displayed
Once a paid feature has been activated, the promotional service may begin immediately.
6. Refunds
Because promotional features may begin immediately after purchase, payments for promotional services are generally non-refundable once the feature has been activated or used, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where WantedStuff.com determines that a refund is appropriate.
This includes circumstances where a Go Top boost results in only a short period of increased visibility due to other users posting Ads or using Go Top.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or a paid feature has not been applied correctly, please contact WantedStuff.com and provide the relevant transaction information.
7. Failed or Canceled Payments
If a payment is unsuccessful, canceled, reversed or otherwise not completed, the associated paid feature may not be activated or may be removed.
If a payment appears to have been completed but the promotional feature has not been applied, please contact us so the transaction can be investigated.
8. Changes to Pricing
WantedStuff.com may change the pricing or availability of paid promotional features from time to time.
Any new price will be displayed before you complete a purchase.
Changes to pricing will not alter a promotional feature that has already been purchased and activated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Paid Features Do Not Guarantee a Result
WantedStuff.com provides optional promotional tools to help users increase the visibility of their Wanted Ads.
Paying for a promotional feature does not guarantee that you will find what you are looking for.
We do not guarantee:
* offers;
* enquiries;
* responses;
* purchases;
* transactions;
* a particular number of views;
* a particular position in search results; or
* any particular outcome.
10. Compliance With Our Rules
Paid Wanted Ads and promotional features remain subject to our Terms & Conditions and Posting Guidelines.
Purchasing a Featured Ad or Go Top feature does not prevent WantedStuff.com from removing an advertisement that violates our rules.
If an advertisement is removed because it violates our Terms & Conditions or Posting Guidelines, any refund will be handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.
11. Currency
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, WantedStuff.com promotional prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD).
Your payment provider or financial institution may apply currency conversion or other charges depending on your payment method and circumstances.

* Wanted Ad details
* Transaction date
* Transaction reference, if available
* Description of the issue
