2. Want To Buy Ads Only

WantedStuff.com is specifically intended for Want To Buy (WTB) advertisements.

Users may post advertisements for things they are genuinely looking for, including:

New or used items

Rare, vintage or collectible items

Discontinued or hard-to-find items

Vehicles, parts and accessories

Tools, equipment and machinery

Hobbies and collectables

Services or assistance

Other lawful goods or services that are permitted on the website

The following are not permitted:

For Sale advertisements

"I Want to Sell" advertisements

Advertisements primarily promoting a business or commercial service without permission

Misleading or deceptive advertisements

Duplicate or spam advertisements

WantedStuff.com may remove advertisements at any time where we consider this necessary to protect users, the website or the integrity of the service.

11. Paid Features

Posting a standard Want To Buy advertisement on WantedStuff.com is free.

Users may optionally purchase promotional features to increase the visibility of an advertisement.

Current Featured Ad options are:

7 Days — $5 USD

14 Days — $9 USD

28 Days — $15 USD

The Bring To Top feature is currently:

$0.99 USD per use

Paid promotional features provide additional visibility but do not guarantee that an advertisement will receive views, responses, enquiries, offers or a successful transaction.

WantedStuff.com may change pricing or promotional options from time to time.

12. Payments and Refunds

Payments for paid WantedStuff.com features are processed through the payment service made available at the time of purchase.

Users are responsible for reviewing the feature, duration and price before completing payment.

Because promotional features may begin immediately after purchase, refunds may not be available once a promotional service has been used or activated, except where required by applicable law or where WantedStuff.com determines that a refund is appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

13. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they submit to WantedStuff.com, subject to the rights necessary for WantedStuff.com to operate the website.
